The Page Center and You

The Page Center welcomes worksites, businesses, organizations and agencies for staff development or programming; hobby or sports clubs; small groups; artists and crafters; musicians; families for special events; youth camps; those seeking a unique nature setting or an outdoor classroom. We welcome all those who will walk lightly on the land. We offer a retreat setting that feels like home when you are here. The Page Center fosters the building of community around your groups' shared needs and interests.

What do you want to do at Page?

Imagine the potential and imagine the possibilities. Each season brings out different opportunities.  Enjoy the quiet of winter inside the Kelsey Cottage; make tracks on the snow shoe trails or xc ski around the lake. The warmth and glow of the fireplace provides a comforting gathering place; stay the night; experience what it can be like to really “re-treat” yourself and your group.

The entire Page Center campus wakes up in the spring giving you access to more gathering space and a different feel of nature. As soon as the ice releases the water pipes . . . look for opened doors in the 8 cabins, bath house, dining hall and recreation building. The waterfront provides access to swimming and boating and all the joys of water. The hiking/walking trails take you away in nature for your own journey. The soccer/baseball field comes alive with activity. The lakeside fire-site draws you to gather to the flame, feel the warmth of people and place as the sunset gives you a good night gift.

Autumn is often reflected upon as the season in which the Upper Peninsula is in all its glory. The half-mile drive into the Page Center campus is your first indication that you are surrounded by something special. Consider a fall retreat, reward yourselves, or gather to plan for events ahead. It is also good to just come and play.

The Page Center can help you by co-creating your visit. Let us know your ideas and we can assist by drawing upon the assets and resources in our community and convene them here for you.
